I have a same question which most of new starter will ask.. That is... "is it too late to start trophy hunting naw? XD"

I have 3 account, R1 and R3 seperately. Most of my game are scattered btw all 3 account as well. Fortunately, i have never plat any games before so that makes it starting from ground zero anyway tongue.gif Was browsing lowyat forum and i saw members with nice PSN trophy ID. After i checked it i find it nice to see all the games you all have played before, and the games you guys have manage to plat-ed. Which got into me, should i start hunting trophy now also? blush.gif As the saying goes, the road to getting plat thropies is a never ending journey. So basically, its a death march? Lol.. Not sure if i have enough time to plat most of my games on hand.. rclxub.gif

i just started going for trophies too! all i can say is to plat the games that you like to play, it's much more enjoyable and easier to finish a game 2 or 3 times and come back again to clean up random trophies when you genuinely like it.

done w/ ACB story, now cleaning up finding borgia flags and other misc. trophies.

Dear trophy hunters,

Quick question. Is there any disadvantage using a R1 (US) account to hunt trophies? Half way hunting with a R1 account. Thinking of swithcing back to my old R3 account (MY) but lazy to replay all the games in my R1 acc. Currently 2 plat in my R1 and 0 plat in my R3. (previously i play for fun only.. sweat.gif ) Pls advice.. Thx.

U know what? i am trying to over take u on Plat count smile.gif each time i come close to you, u pull away lol

Haha bro, If you think you are not close enough to Brother Terryfu by a few trophies / hours, imagine how far mine and a few new starters are from you both laugh.gif

Anyway just sharing, not sure if my current trophy stats (0 plat, lmao) is enough to say this, but i believe the trophy hunting sometimes is about the journey, not the destination laugh.gif Really, last time when i first started PS3, its just playing the games i like and then keep them in the shelf. Plus my previous work that requires me traveling between states everyday, i didnt had the chance to really know much gamers. And unfortunately, sometimes having a hobby like playing PS3 seems to be considered like an undesirable activity in some place (dont flame me, but its just the way it is tongue.gif) But when i started trophy hunting this year, i bought some games from some fellow lowyat here (bro terry laugh.gif) and i realize that hey, these ppl are actually quite friendly. There are ppl who share the same hobby/interest as mine. Makes me starting to think gaming as a hobby not so bad afterall. And im seeing ppl sharing games, lending, helping to afk overnight turbo boost (lol..) among T.hunters here, which i find it quite interesting and funny. Thumbs up to the community here thumbup.gif

Anyway i started trophy hunting not to be the best trophy hunter. But i just find it amusing seeing the games we used to play are completed, properly recorded and rewarded with a trophy title. And as these trophy piles up, there is a small but strong sense of accomplishment on your collections that pushes you a little further to... go buy games and get more trophies! lol. Nevertheless, i am gonna try to plat the games which i really like and enjoy. And the best thing is when you finish platting it with a partner, it feels like to calling a beer celebration with the theme "We freaking did it. lol!" Thats why i enjoy the journey a little more that reaching global top hunter etc. But I also salute the top ranked trophy hunters for their effort, attention to details, and time planning to achieve such difficult task in the most effective manner. That was quite an eye opener. biggrin.gif

Say, do you guys go for rare trophies, or focus on quantity? I saw a few favored games like Lost Planet 2 has punishing insane hard criterion to plat. Since most game offers 1k points+, rare trophy hunting path is deemed unwise?

Feel like challenging hard to plat trophies, but sure feels like a one way ticket to netherland sweat.gif

Yes it will combine with what you have on your PS3. To be more detail on the Vita there is 2 folders one with Vita only Trophy and another with Vita plus PS3 trophy. On the PS3 it will show combine trophy only.

I see thanks. Wah like that hardcore trophy hunterz can go work while vita trophy hunting half way d. lol..

Just completed P4G. Clocked around 100h, it has been so long since I last enjoyed JRPG. Ok it wasn't that long, just since Tales. I wanna take a break b4 going for my 2nd playthrough.
I would say P4G was a solid title.

Gratz on the LOTR lego platinum. I never considered that title before, you really went out of the box thumbup.gif Saw you started motorstorm. Thats another windy road for plat bro.. I broke so many bones and cracked so many skull just to get 2% trophy. Or maybe i just sucks in driving games rclxub.gif

Medal of honor's fire controller trophy is such a b**** to get.

I feel you bro. Some trophy are certainly a pain in the arse to get.

Friendly advice to anyone who are trying to plat Dante Inferno. Be careful with the trophy "The Guide" Its Fecking evil. Yeah some will say its soo easy, just talk to virgil and get it. Because of this old fart I had to go back to 8 layers of HELL 4 times playthrough in stead of 2 to get the game straight. I should had left him to burn in hell..

Is there a way to get rid of 0% completion games on our PSN ID? I wanna delete games like DCUO not because it is impossible to plat, but because the trophy doesnt exist for asia R3 users. And games like white knight cronicles which i regret even slotting this into my ps3 laugh.gif

Refering to the above, delete acc, syn trophy? Dont really get that part. Care to elaborate pls?

Great gameplay mate. The part where all 3 of us went dog fight mode in that extreme high altitude chasing that intercontinental ballistic missile for 1 minute was truly breathtaking. I was swinging my controller left and right trying to aim that ICBM. Thanks for clearing my six, warwolf 1. laugh.gif

Went a little overboard buying used games last few weeks. Now got nier, dishonored, spec ops, hunted, alpha protocol and sabotuer.

Best part is, NO MP trophies needed!

I know that feeling. Because of trophy hunting, suddenly all games seems more interesting and more appealing to purchase xD Makes u wanna browse 2nd hand games pr affortable games on sale..
