Strut bar is strut bar, can't say who copy who, all cars use petrol, same goes to Shell RON95, Esso RON95, BhP RON95...etc. It's branding issue.

Slut bar causes bearing... I'm having a bengkok torsion beam whistling.gif Obviously, slut bar installed = very confident in cornering = henbrek slide like a moron = if small matter bearing KO sweat.gif My case is, bearing didn't KO but tapak bengkok doh.gif You ask the tayar man 10x also he say not because of slut bar, is the sohigh driver that drive like a moron that causes the car koyak cry.gif

Now straight road 180kmh, corner 18kmh whistling.gif

thanx..thinking to reset
becoz after my car  broke down and proton said tuning problem
after that my fc become worse
*
Just unplug ur battery for few hours will do. I bet they also reset ECU only. Maybe try few more tanks and see. IMO, our ECU not that advance can record ur driving style and adjust FC. It just a simple ECU that advance/retard timing for combustion, read some sensor input, thats all.

when do we need to do allingment?
when do we need to do balancing?
*
Alignment - When ur steering need to hold abit on left or right when u drive straight.

Balancing - When u feel steering shaking during high speed. Balancing is to balance the uneven wear of tyre due to camber/toe setting, rim factor etc by adding some load on the area that lost weight.

It makes a lot of difference if the ECU learnt rubbish from the driver sleep.gif Sorry Iska, sorry Nick, going to bongkar rahsia

Nick's car = very smooth sail. DbW throttle lag were minimal but change gear very fast. Almost withint 2krpm it completed all 4 gears when I was driving. If drive properly, I believe the car can achieve good FC. The car got many noise here and there. Rattling on the door, steering, dashboard, meter console, entertainment console, glove compartment, henbrek, rear view mirror, sounded like my Iswaga. I believe the road condition Nick travels everyday trained his car to save fuel. Very little can do to improve, besides of control right leg don't let the car drop gear unless braking.

Iska's car =DbW throttle lag is very obvious shakehead.gif Press little bit, car no go, press slightly harder it goes 4krpm. The car likes to drop gear. We're taking the back road via Bkt Jalil exit to connect back Kesas, the car blardy sensitib. Sikit sikit drop gear. Always like to maintain 2.5krpm. If I keep on 2krpm, the car wouldn't change gear for a long time, atleast 5 seconds only it change gear. Even after it changed gear, if I cincai trying to rev up a bit(increase speed), the blardy gearbox will suddenly drop gear sweat.gif The car was solid, I believe the daily usage road condition is good, but surely Iska drove the car WITHOUT considering FC. The gear box response and the engine response is very much like a well run in machine. Sikit sikit drop gear then shoot out.

I'm not an AT king, but I'm pretty sure Iska is not the pakcik you guys think, thats what his GaGa told me when I have my hand on her.
The 2k paint will cost atleast 1500 on GaGa. If need to strip engine and cover engine bay, that will be atleast 2500 hmm.gif
*
Then this explained ECU is important for AT car, for manual, the effect i think is minimal.

Btw guys,
Just to check, when my saga is at 2.5krpm, speedo metre shows 110kmh, but gps shows 103kmh. has Anyone tested the accuracy of the speedo vs RPM ? results to compare ?
*
We all here facing the same thing. Actually for other cars also like that, speedo of the car always faster than GPS.

P/S: However for trip meter the mileage show is same as GPS shown.

Thats a huge difference don't you think ! I used to drive the bravo n the difference was  gps < speedo by 3 clicks.
*
Yup...but based on calculation, our RPM actually match the speed of our car, just that the overall result is how many % offset.

Actually when come to this kind of measurement, the condition is same as pressure, light intensity, volt etc...when they manufacture, they will calibrate based on one reference sample, what is their sample, which they refer, we all dun know.

P/S: Same thing, when all the car show 5km/h faster than GPS, we can also say GPS is 5km/h lower than actual speed, just depends which one is your reference.

Would larger rims then affect the difference ? In the case of saga, would there be a significant change in speedo.
*
larger rim/wheel will only make the difference between GPS and speedo become smaller. The more larger the overall wheel size, the more faster your actual speed as compare to speedo. So if you want to match ur speedo and GPS, just change ur 195/50/R15 to 195/55/R15 will do.

rclxms.gif DIY king! My car now also nearly same. Unlock car by remote and open the boot.
After few seconds, the alarm armed back by itself even though the bootlid is open.  rclxub.gif
*
The mechanism just a simple metal plate to complete the loop when we open the bootlid, and disconnect the loop when we close (The boot light also depends on this metal plate). Just that the original metal plate angle is not perfect, make it hard to unloop when we close the lid. So i just bend the plate myself to the suitable angle.

Hard to imagine just by word, you have to pull out the bootlid mat abit and observe the operation.

If easy to remove then just remove it. If not i dun think they will check the alarm module, becos this is well known mechanism problem.

hmm.gif So in my case, is that the plate is still connecting the loop even though I have opened the boot lid?
No wonder my boot light also kong before this happened. If you can provide pics would be better but thanks
for your help, DIY King.  notworthy.gif

Ur is Saga ah? i thought ur is persona...if Saga then:

1. Bootlid close, metel plate deflected and unloop, hence boot light turn OFF, and you can remote lock ur car.
2. Bootlid open, metal plate connected and completing loop, hence boot light turn ON, and u can't remote lock ur car.

So urs should be metal plate always disconnected, hence boot light is 'KONG' (actually just OFF) and always can remote lock car. laugh.gif

Let me take picture 1st probably on this weekend.
