got love letter from mbpj today said that i am doing something wrong which is:

and i DID put the parking coupon which is the time only until 10.30am..


looking at their reason, can i fight for their wrong reason?

The reason is valid.
But you can choose not to pay the saman bcos it's from MBPJ

if u managed to clear urself from that "wrong reason". you still ended up with another offence to justify the saman. Whats the point?

No difference to them, since they cannot differentiate. but in you case, i think you can make a 'rayuan'..

see what the time written in the saman. if within the valid time on ur ticket then u can make rayuan to cancel the saman.

if no then too bad but u still can make rayuan to pay cheaper.

if you pay summon quickly, you may just pay rm 10 - 30. if lambat kena rm 50. i many times kena summon. but pay faster so i can pay summon cheap

those have summons, better settle. gov nowadays not like gov 5 yrs ago

Have they linked the municipal summons system with the JPJ road-tax/ driving license yet ?

I hear MANY people claiming that municipal summons should just be thrown away, cause they have no right to issue summons.

Means u failed to put the valid parking tix in the car...

Yes, u did put a parking tix but it was due at 10.30 means its not valid anymore..

So at the end no matter how u fight or buat rayuan, it will not have any changes..
