I believe you're saying the minor ticking sound when early morning engine idling, which is normal for hydraulic teppet engines, such as 4G93 DOCH for WIRA 1.8/Satria GTi/PUTRA, and now our CAMPOR S4Px series engine in most of the Plotong 2005 model onwards.

This happened more often on cold start, when there's not enough engine oil to be channeled to the valves. After sometime started the engine, noise will slowly fade to minimal. Bear in mind, not completely gone. If you pay attention to it, you can still hear it. However, it's hardly noticeable while driving.

Try to grab a camera and record the sound, find out where it came from and post it here so we can help to troubleshoot.

To explain kokhing issue:

1) If you hear klok klok sound from the back wheels, that probably is the bad brakes. Most GaGa & Gabby got this problem. Kindly send back to Plotong SC and fuck them upside down to replace your brake. Common problem already. If after corner release brake time got "TOK" sound, brakeshoe slam on the drum, this is due to bad noise insulation. All drumbrake car got this sound,you didn't hear it on the other car because their wheel base got boise reduction, which FLX doesn't have.

2) Chok ha chok ha: it is because GaGa CheeBeeTee uses clutch base, so the low speed kick back is unavoidable. Explain in technical is because wheel got momentum, momentum channel back to driveshaft, driveshaft pull back clutch, clutch pull crankshaft, crankshaft pull conrod, conrod pull piston, piston pull down vacuum, vacuum couldn't release then the car chok ha chok ha. Hope you understand clutch base CVT is exactly the same like manual car running on 1st gear. If u sprint your 1st gear to 40kmh, then let it engine brake to slow down without pressing clutch pedal you'll experience the exact same feeling like the CVT chok ha chok ha. Nothing is wrong with you car.

3) If you are saying when you press little bit on the gas pedal but the car no move, press little bitmore then the car wanna go masuk longkang, that is drive by wire throttle lag. All you do is, press little bit, wait for 1-2 seconds then the car will move. All GaGa got this problem. If still in doubt, pls attend TT, other CVT user may explain to you and or demo for you if allowed. Also another common issue in GaGa CVT was the sticky shift stick, when slot in R gear the car doesn't do anything, slot it back to N and reengage R again it should work perfectly normal. Cars that slightly "seasoned" should have no problem already.

What is don't do anything? Got problem means need to fix! Be it common problem, minor problem, major problem, sorhai problem, kukujiao problem no problem! Must fix! If dun fix go tribunal pengguna komplen them!

Yiu ask them kenapa blek ala bunyik, they will understand and work on it. Normally u don't get to claim new brake on your 1st visit, they will open the drum and grind your brakeshoe. If you get lucky, this should solve the problem liao, otherwise few days later it happened again. If it happened again, go back & fuck them again & again until they change a brand new brakeshoe for you. Our very own proud dares changed 3 sets of brakes so far & ... ... changed car to FoFi liao I myself bcoz no warranty, release handbrake tension to the max then gao dim once & for all.

Regarding clutch CVT and throttle lag is a complement to each other. Without throttle lag, the car jerks even more! Train your right leg, & you shall enjoy the great technology Plotong employed on GaGa. Drive by wire shall produce better fuel economy when proper driving technique applied

Hutan bakar incident = CO sensor terlampau kotor, sent wrong signal to ECU, as a result spray more petrol. Too much petrol result in more carbon generated & emit black smoke like hutan bakar. Carbon stick on CO sensor, make the signal even leaner, even more petrol spray into combustian, lagi manyak carbon, hutan bakar lagi kuat! CO lagi lean, lagi-lagi signal crazy, lagi-lagi manyak petrol masuk combustian. Top speed 40kmh + hutan bakar efek

Right leg is utmost important. New car does not require run in to achieve good FC. Often heard people say the more mileage done on the car better FC is because the owner started to familiarized with the car's torque curve, knowing when to accelerate, and when to withdraw cause even full throttle the car also won't move (like the 1 I mentioned before, when you tekan sikit the car wouldn't move, tekan banyak masok longkang)

I think its about time to blog about how to save petrol liao Been on on off off posting the same stuff, also got into argument with the tree huger

1) FC mostly depending on traffic condition, it could be recently traffic got heavier
2) Go wash your pollen filter, make sure its clean so you get more aircond. Try to reduce the thermostat to minimal. Do remember our 2000cc worth SANDEN compressor took out almost 1/3 of the torque just to power up cold air in the cabin. You can blast your blower speed at 4(if you can take it), just be very careful on the thermostat will do.
3) Don't stay in the car and blow aircond. Refer no.2. My normal blower speed at 3. Thermostat is half during the day, and minimal at night.
4) It's not 3krpm shift up or 2.5krpm. It's how long does it take to reach 3krpm. Try to reduce a little bit of your acceleration. For example usually within 1 second you hit 3krpm, immediately shift up, this is a good way to lose petrol. Can try take 2 seconds to hit 3krpm, follow by 3 seconds. You'll be surprise by practicing this alone already save you bunch of fuel.
5) Sometimes it's not 5th gear 2krpm all the way can save petrol. If uphill slope, let the cruising speed slow down a little bit. If needed, downshift and maintain slightly higher RPM, you'll be surprise it actually save petrol with higher RPM on low gear, rather than low RPM in higher gear when going uphill.
6) From far already see traffic light red light, still go and "bem! bem!" show off, ofcoz waste petrol la. I normally declutch and let the car roll until stop. If suddenly turn green light, drop gear and continue acceleration.

Sorry for late reply. I'm at work, not convenient to check back often.

Most S4PE has 17in/hg idling, S4PH on FLX SE got 19in/hg.

Sanden aircon compressor kicks in can drop to 12in/hg when full gas(mine reduced pressure - less cold to achieve 15in/hg).

On regular driving with aircon, indeed very easy to touch 10 or 5in/hg, depending on acceleration. I normally try to maintain between 10-15in/hg.

For 4AT, engaged D could mean torque convertor eating up FC whilst aircon kicked in, I believe 10-12in/hg is very normal. Provided u r running on NGV, that could mean injected gas has normalized the vacuum(in short, vacuum inaccuracy).

Changed my driver's side lock actuator to after market, need to modify. RM60. Very loud, from far hit the remote can hear the lock disengage "TOK!"

Today just filled up. 1st bar gone at 84.6km. Now heading home, dunno whether will drop another bar. I change engine oil every month, normally use cheapjing oil oni. No marney to buy fully synthetic

By the way, I use erictioh VS. Nothing significant on performance. However, very noticeable on in car entertainment. I use active subwoofer without filter, running current directly from fuse box ignition, therefore whenever air-cond kicks in, each time wiper sweep the screen, signal, every electrical related accessories being activate, I can hear the woofer "burp". After erictioh VSed, those sound totally gone. Headlight dim slightly reduced, still dim when aircond kicks in.
