Desert eagle is a great truck if you interested in driving over obstacles drive it like "camel throphy style" over hills, rocks or scaling drive.   But if you wanted to bash of flying of the ramp maybe you should look for others.  Btw i did put blog review on Desert Eagle maybe you should read it first here at my webpage:

li-ion has lower discharge rate than lipo..by a lot. it's usable with winged flyer, as the motor doesn't draw too much current too fast. won't work too well with rotor-ed flyer as these types of flyer draws a lot of current quickly to create lift and thrust at the same time. in summary:
planes/gliders/fixed wing: can work with li-ion if you are not too aggressive with the throttle
heli/multi rotor: won't work too well. throttle will be sluggish at best.

guys i have an old 4-channel twin blade heli collecting dust(long time no play, the heli itself is not balance anymore) thinking of converting it to delta plane diy. any advice? i watched youtube videos seems rike simple, just not sure how the servo configuration goes tho..any consideration before i start

basically, 2 servo as elevon.. aileron + elevator.. but den i need v-tail mixer for the configuration. as for receiver..i think any 3 channel receiver would do. my 4 in 1 receiver has esc for 2 motors..another 2 for for aileron and rudder 

so your phantom actually have video feed in dji-vision? not like many others who were screwed by dji updates?

i've tried litchi, it doesn't allow you to control the gimbal. at least i can find that function  . also, i think litchi consumes more battery.

Some progress this month, i know my room was messy last time i showed but after some hardwork arranging things now my hobby models in the hangar is well arranged, spacious and extended to other room.  Now became a great place to hangout with friends.

Last task is to make a rack to store all my mini/micro FPV racing drone collection.

Looks like fun place to fly if you zip around the corridor and swimming pool with that tiny quad. 

batt tester(for multi cells) or multimeter. usually if a cell is damaged, it won't hold a charge as long as it used to.

if you ever discharged a lithium batt below 3.0v, there is a chance that it is damaged. (depends on cell quality.)

Condition 1: 
If the Li-po battery is below 2.8v and you cannot charge fully (trickle charge at 0.2A) it then its 'kong'. Above 2.8v is salvageable.

Condition 2
If your Li-po battery physically 'ballooned' or feel spongy you manage to full charge it but performed 50% or less runtime from original then its 'kong' because its loosing "A" (Amp) performance. Throw it away before it gives you mental pain.
A good healthy Li-po battery have minimum 'storage' charge at 3.5v per-cell, Min limit 3.3v and max limit 4.2v~.
I have many Li-po battery accidentally discharge at 2.7~2.8V per-cell because i fly my jet (EDF) at full amp but still manage to keep it alive and healthy for 5 years if you practice always to charge/balance it at 0.5~0.8A rate.  If you never intend to use Li-po battery within 3 days keep it at storage mode at 3.5V per-cell as oppose to 3.8v by popular trends.

Like Zeroglyph says, same thing but slightly lower at 2.5v.  The good news about Li-on, it seldom 'kong' compare to Li-po.  I drain it up to 1.8v per-cell but manage to charge back and runs ok like new.
