I'm Erica, practicing as an agent now and selling Quill Residence.
If anyone is still interested in Quill Residence in 2023, please check out my observations and updates on this post:

In additional to my post above, since there is a new project next to it, which is Majestic residence, it is certain that the mall to gain increase foot-flow in the next 3 years.
This is because residence from Majestic can walk to Quill City Mall to buy groceries, visit their cafeteria (NSK food), other restaurants, buy clothes, watch movie...etc.
If buy Quill residence now, there's about RM30k savings from the progressive interest and can move in or rent out after the handover this year.
There is also a plot of land next to Quill City Mall. It was intended to build office tower but Covid hit and since then there is no news from both MRCB and Sentral REIT on the land.

This is a long-term investment, where there is scarcity of land in KL. Can buy for the next generation to stay-in or sell in future.
This is not just long term investment it’s a not in your lifetime investment. Maybe your grandchildren might see some gain when we’re at apocalypse stage. If anyone is still interested in Quill Residence in 2023, please check out my observations and updates on this post:
