Why buy Quill Residence now? Other than the acceptable rental yield or owning for own stay, one good point you have to DM me which I can't disclose here.

The analysis above are based on market prices, and a safe minimum estimation, not over exaggerating the figures. As posted on August 2022 by G.Zizan on Iproperty, "Generally, a rental yield of around 4-5% is generally accepted as a decent amount".
