~~CG Cheras is limited except for the light industry area next door~~Bkt Jalil may have some serious development but could also mean more chaos and more traffic~~~ Cheras WIN for housing area, Bkt Jalil WIN for potential development~~~ so TIE

MRT / LRT
~~nearby CG Cheras got 3 MRT station~~Bkt Jalil also has 1 LRT and 1 MRT station~~TIE

Value for money
~~~Freehold but limited development VS Leasehold but better potential development~~TIE
So my conclusion is~~both place is about the same but subjected to your preference~~whether u prefer more quiet neighborhood or more happening place~~

CG cheras got 3 MRT? mind to clarify...i tot only 1? unsure.gif

last time i wanted to buy Z residence but during that time no money and low pay, not able to afford it....feel regret and waste not to get 1 unit of Z residence...1 of most regret and miss out property sad.gif

ya le...ppl who stay at cheras only will but CG Cheras...like me and the rest owner at here...

but if u talk bout Bukit jalil...the buyer can be as far as kepong...cz listen the name bukit jalil also uummmppphh already lo...

different people different perception...aft all bukit jalil booming hell with the population and new condos...

and still lot ppl question y i bought CG cheras..i also dunno what i can tell them...only can say freehold, big and value for money...

I was just thinking...how is our guard house entrance looks like? is it single lane or got 2 lane( 1 for resident 1 for visitor)

cz if single lane, sure cause lot problem
