Try plug your modem to your computer then compare it to router.
Is there any speed lost.

But AIO 3G WiFi Router would seriously reduce transmission lost which is great and of course no more heat unstable

Plug to computer, get 10mb
Plug to router, get 8mb
Conclusion = Transmission lost is serious
If router faster = your computer USB port got problem
