Just be patience, Bandai haven't even set their preorder date yet and it will be release in march next year so you have plenty of time before that to preorder.

hi guys. i have a question.

this morning i just coated one of my SD gundam. But somehow after spraying it with layers of topcoat. (my super flat base coat). If felt as if like my gundam has got a layer of dust to it. small fine particle that make it look like it's dusty and the surface of my gundam is abit rough. It's is not as smooth as those i seen in tutorials.

Any reason why this happen? is it because of the temperature? the distance of spraying? not dry enough? anything that i done wrong?

pls advise. thx.

I think you're right with your first two guesses: The clearcoat you were spraying on started to dry before reaching the surface of the model, covering your model with a dust of clearcoat rather than tiny drops to melt togehter on the surface, so either it was too hot or you held the spraycan to far away from the model.

As far as I know, you may to have to spray a bit more intense when its too warm, keeping your eye on the model: The colored surface has to be "shiny" for a few moments when the color (or in your case clearcoat) has set down (becoming flat when drying), but you have to stop spraying before the color starts to run (meaning the layer is getting to thick).

However, I don't know if this procedure is the same using a flat base coat, since I'm using Mr Super Clear Flat and GamesWorkshops Satin-Varnish.

Hope this helps wink.gif

That one massive kit bash and i surprise the binders can still hold alot of that weight because even mine Age-2 shoulder joint already not strong enough to hold it arm weight.

In it transform mode remind me of Ikaruga ship. (for those who don't know, it one of those bullet hell game tongue.gif)

panel line marker's ink is not paint, so it will not stay permenantly
to prevent it from being rubbed off you need to apply topcoat
