guys, just wonder, anyone whole did paint their model kit, did they ever tried spray the inner frame while it still on runner, and cut it later?

Painting for the inner frame is definitely rclxub.gif but do as I describe above will cause trouble while cutting it... unsure.gif

What i do was assemble the inner frame then paint it by limbs then touch up with gold/red/silver for piping. Not really recommended to paint on the runner as you still have to remove the nub mark thus remove the paint which for me just unnecessary do the job twice.

Okay, for those who are going to build their MG Nu ver. Ka....when applying the foil stickers on yhe psycho frame, do it when the part is still on the sprue, makes it hell a lot easier wink.gif

On the first few parts, i stick them only after the part is cut out. The hardest part is to try to align while trying not to move around the very small part. But if it's on the sprue, you can hold the sprue steady.

If you're in KL area, go BTS Gamers Arena

Added on January 5, 2013, 7:08 pmYa, i think the foil stickers will work better.

Another option is not to put the foil stickers at all and wire LEDs inside the entire MS biggrin.gif
