If what you say is true and it does sounds like TN, you should see a neurologist.

In the mean time, trt to take mega doses of fish oil (I recommend min 4g of Nordic/Carlson), make yourself turmeric + chili + ginger + freshly crush black pepper and coconut oil concoction.

The above really help with pain (personal experience - sprain my ankle and with the above, my pain went away after 2 days). By the third day, I didn't even know that I sprain my ankle.

any recommended specialist in Klang Valley?
TS mentioned Dr Lee Moon Keen. I would definitely put her in my list.
Any others?

I wish to get someone who has experience in TN.

Thanks a lot.

I don't know. But what I describe above works but all pains as the mechanism is the same.

You might want to look at this.

All neurologist are the same. The different is how they entertain/communicate with you.

May I know who can I go to confirm that I'm having trigeminal neuralgia?

I'm 30 yr old female and I have this pain on my right side of my jaw/ gum area.
I went to the dentist countless times but he said nth is wrong with my gum or my root. He think my pain is very vague and don't blif that I'm suffering.
I went to GP, he prescribed some antibiotics which are not easing my pain at all.
I wish to go to a specialist to confirm if i am really having TN.

I do not want to keep taking antibiotic and suffering here. The pain started 2 yrs back and it comes and go.
It stopped for abt 4 mth this yr and it came back attacking me (unbearable pain anymore).

I have this sharp pain on my right face area whenever I talk, brush teeth, gargle, drink water and eat. I'm suffering and I need help from a true professional.
