we really need to improve...
for the past two seasons our superb defense actually papered over the cracks at our attack... this season however, our attack is not firing on all cyclinders and to make things worse, so is our defense... if we continue like this.. i could see we will end up with zero tuttli / zero trophies.. come end of the season |

higuian still remains a top striker not just in Serie A but in Europe.. but he is a poacher type needs service.. imagine he and Tevez woah.. with Llorente rotation.. more power.. but our center mid is such a power house... Pogba Vidal Pirlo... if they are firing on all cylinders.. we can match any central mid combos in europe .. vidal and pogba shielding pirlo is like iron man and thor shielding hawkeye (why hawkeye? coz he arrows are precise.. just like pirlo's passes.. but weak physically la )

Our midfielders are coveted by some of the worlds top clubs as well as their fans...
Man Utd fans want Vidal, PSG and Real Madrid want Pogba ..I am starting to get pissed off |

wah if we can win this season's title we can truly have our 3 stars on all official italian records and shirts... haters gonna hate, authorities gonna prevent, but nothing can stop us from getting 3 stars... not even calciopoli

QUOTE(noir7559 @ Feb 4 2014, 10:15 PM) for now only Juve themselves(and probably AS Roma) can prevent Juve from getting the 3rd stars yeap.. but i am not putting too much hope of the europa though... but i'm still bitter about Juve bowing out of coppa though. Lets hope Conte treat the Europa with respect |

i think in a way the team got alittle bit complacent and over confident... because they have been bulldozing every team in our pathh...
conte needs to knock the players head and remind that the title is in our hand yet |

QUOTE(noir7559 @ Feb 10 2014, 12:24 PM) our 4-2 lost to Fiorentina rings a bell another turkish delight.. then it will be rather embarrasing.. same like Man Utd's struggle draw against Fulham should've been 11pts gap from Roma but its not happening and they still have a match in hand. We threw away Coppa Italia for a bigger chance to win the league but still they don't capitalize on other challenger slip-ups i'd expect we might bowed out to Trabzonspor with this mentality, a Turkish Delight(for juve haters) chapter two |

QUOTE(noir7559 @ Feb 10 2014, 02:34 PM) Man Utd 2-2 draw with Fulham last night reminds me a lot of Juve vs Gala in Turin last year Indeed it is eerily similar. Hope they get a walloping from Conte and play superb against the next opponent. We need to dominate Serie A. I am hoping we can be like Bayern.. dominate their own league for a few years while quietly build a super squad to win the CL... We are too big a club to only have 2 CL titles - fall behind earlier in the match - score equalizing goal after the bucket load of possession & chances - score another goal just a few moments later that probably going to be a winner - only for opponent to grab an equaliser in the dying minutes bcoz of lapse of concentration This post has been edited by theprobe: Feb 11 2014, 01:42 PM |

QUOTE(noir7559 @ Feb 12 2014, 08:32 AM) 7 appearances in finals but only 2 cup.. to be honest i feel the same wway too... but nevermind. give him some time. ferguson also dominated the league but also took some time for man utd to be good in europe. so for now i still have faith in conte. after all, this is only his second season managing in europe. i'm still mad whenever ppl brought up "Juve leading the league..but bowed out of UCL to Gala". But too bad its a cold hard fact Conte is great coach but i'm feeling he lack that something "extra" whenever Juve playing in european/cup matches |

QUOTE(noir7559 @ Mar 3 2014, 12:51 PM) yeap. Juve just did enough and its not easy to get a pts against the 'rejuvenated' Milan under Seedorf. Good point regarding the travelling part. Seedorf also not bad, know that Juve tired, so play high pressing and high tempo to break down the fatigue Juve. It nearly paid off had it not been a combination of wasteful finishing and top class goalkeeping and strikers and not to mention Juve have less rest and travel back & forth from Turin-Trabzon-Milan while AC Milan having a whole week to prepare for Juve. But right now i take "substance' over "style" any day of the week Juve last night was a true definition of substance over style..eventhough Tevez & Llorente goal(the buildup) suggest otherwise We have the mark of a champion. Played ok, but win I hope we dominate Serie A for years to come like FC Bayern n then we build for Europe. |

QUOTE(zaidi @ Mar 10 2014, 01:24 AM) Nervy 2nd half today, and not much possession compared to 1st half. Not sure if our boys want to save energy towards end of season and for Europa. I guess its very likely. Juve will face Fiorentina 3 times. so its best to conserve energy as well as not to reveal too much of our strengths n patttern |

QUOTE(noir7559 @ Mar 27 2014, 08:25 AM) Parma unbeaten run start after Juve match..and then it was all ended by Juve. Thx to Carlitos. I dont really want to mention 32 anymore.. Officially we are heading towards 30 titles. We are going to get the 3 stars no matter what, how, the FIGC, Moratti, Inter or mafia try to stop us. They cant stop us But to bad Carlitos wouldn't be able to play against Napoli in the weekend BTW a step closer to the numero 32 and 3rd golden star. I just hope we wrap up the title A.S.A.P and shift the focus towards Europa League after that This post has been edited by theprobe: Mar 27 2014, 11:52 AM |

QUOTE(uzary @ Mar 27 2014, 01:24 PM) how many more matches we need to win in order to secure the title? last night match really annoyed me as always we r ''champions league'' level team on the first half, then turned to ''only good enough for domestic tournament'' level on the second half. Parma could draw on win last night. this thing im not sure whether our players attitude problem, getting complacent with 2 goals lead or what, but 1 thing i believe if we r still like this, to win ucl the future will be very tough. i feel we are on the right path. Bayern also toook 4 5 years to be so strong like how they are now. They dominate the league first, then a few world class stars together with some wonderkids.. now they almost unbeatable. anyway forza Juve. always happy when we win, but just a bit disappointed we werent overpower them. i wish we will become super team like bayern soon. We are similar too. We have start to dominate our league, we got experience world class stars plus wonderkids in pogba, berardi, to an extend immobile... so we are on the right track. hence i feel it is very impt we win Europa.. it will further cement the fact that we can dominiate CL in a few years time. Europa can also provide the team exposure to various stadiums, european style and teams |

The 2-1 loss shows that we still lack that european experience, that european pedigree.
Some of the players are good players.. but to win in europe we should not just have good players but very good to world class players. Yesyerdat Vucinic was horrible. Bonucci was found wanting on two of the goals. Vucinic and Bonucci are what i call the good player category.. good for serie a but not good enough for big european nights. i hope in this summer transfer window we can add one or two more players that can make a difference. players at least of tevez quality. no more quantity buys like diamanti, cerci, bonaventura.. etc.. good players they are but we need to upgrade to CL level already. good players can win us the Serie A but now we need world class stars to upgrade us to sit along side the elite. Alexis Sanchez is a very good player.. can become world class if used properly. Buying his would be a good start. Else, we will be like similar to Benfica quality. a team full of good to very good players only This post has been edited by theprobe: Apr 25 2014, 09:52 AM |
