i agree that the allegri effect is starting to rear its ugly head. Allegri's title winning season depended alot on individual brilliance (think Zlatan) to win games. As a team, that Milan side was netiher very tenacious, slick nor displayed alot of teamwork.
Our win against Empoli was something like this. We now cant stringa few pasess but we still won due to the individual brillance of Pirlo and Morata. This is concerning as unless we have a C.Ronaldo or L.Messi, individual brillance can only carry a team so far..
By the way. Our most beloved Juve manager has retired from football.. just like his good pal Alex Ferguson
[Marcello Lippi retires from football management after Guangzhou title win
BEIJING, China -- World Cup-winning coach Marcello Lippi has retired from football management.
The 66-year-old Italian announced his decision on Sunday, after winning a third successive Chinese league title with Guangzhou Evergrande.
Lippi, who also won the 2013 Asian Champions League, said: "I don't want to coach anymore, I'm too old. Guangzhou Evergrande will have a new coach next season."
Lippi added that he will take over as technical director. Fabio Cannavaro is among the favorites to replace him as coach of the Chinese team.
Lippi steered Italy to World Cup success in 2006 but could not emulate that feat in his second spell in charge as the Azzurri was eliminated in the group stage four years later.
He also won the Champions League and five Serie A titles in two spells with Juventus.]

Grazie Lippi for bring the biggest club and national success to my most beloved club Juventus and my most beloved national team Italy
Lets pay our tribute to him
