caseres played really well lastnite. also i think we shud stick wit 4 3 3 formation, we r very strong n more balance compared when we played 3 5 2 previously.
*
yeap. if we're going to stick with 4-3-3 @ 4-3-1-2 etc Caceres is a must

he was awesome with Uruguay & the Juve b4 conte's era which using similar 4 backline defense setup
Chiello's gone and if Lich is back for the return match hopefully Caceres would play on the left @ center

Juve 21 team against Genoa tonight

still no Vuci, Lich, Quag, Pepe

1 Buffon
3 Chiellini
4 Caceres
5 Ogbonna
6 Pogba
8 Marchisio
10 Tevez
11 De Ceglie
12 Giovinco
13 Peluso
14 Llorente
15 Barzagli
16 Motta
19 Bonucci
20 Padoin
21 Pirlo
22 Asamoah
23 Vidal
30 Storari
33 Isla
34 Rubinho

4-3-3 again? or stick to the traditional 3-5-2? Whatever it is this match is a must win after that disastrous result/performance
in Firenze last week

don't really like it if we open the score with a PK after
a handful of clear cut chances but who cares

and a great footwork by carlitos for the 2nd goal

its been a while since our team trash anyone by over 3 goals so
this match should be it. and hopefully the players wouldn't felt
overconfident along the way

hopefully no more 2nd half black magic....
*
its safe to say that only Juve can "beat themselves" in the 2nd half, like they did against Viola

i hope this would be 6-0. Sometimes i dislike it with Juve mentality about showing opponent "respect"
by not trashing them after a comfortable lead. While team like Bayern @ Barca would happily ripped
their opponent net with 7-8 goals when they're capable off biggrin.gif

another 3 pts, a convincing win...and to top it off...another CLEAN SHEET, something rare by Juve of this season

and Roma looks like to continuing their perfect league run once more

Good to manage clean sheet but it should at least 5-0 win for this game...
*
yeap. One of the main reason we didn't manage that was Mattia Perrin

the other was i did noticed Juve players rarely take a shot from outside the box (apart from Vidal effort
in the 1st half). Most of them trying to walk the ball into the net biggrin.gif

another point is that this 3-5-2 still a vulnerable setup. During the last 3 min b4 the final
whistle Genoa did try to attack and i'd noticed one unmarked player behind Chiellini (more like De Ceglie
flaw for slow covering). This formation is great when piling up pressure on opponent but it would be
very dangerous against the team with great winger as their focal attacking point

2 of the biggest game in midweek

AC Milan v Lazio
Fiorentina v Napoli

Roma would host Chievo and i think it would be another 3pointer for em. We host Catania and a win is a must to keep up the pace with Roma...on the other hand lets hope the Viola repeat what they did to us to Napoli tomorrow night..or maybe their draw would suit us better?

btw what a stupid title of an article by lol.com

QUOTE
Juventus 4-0 Catania: Conte's men thump 10-man visitors

it was 4-0 when 11 vs 11 and the red card came 5 min b4 the full time. Bad journalism to make Juve looks poor. If lets say BPL team beat a League Two team 5-0 it would sounded like "Impressive <BPL team name> trounce League Two outfit" etc

Any idea why Conte seem intent to use Motta? Wonder does conte have any secret plan for him  hmm.gif

Marrone is gone for good or out on loan?
*
marrone move out on a co-ownership deal to Sassuolo

and IINM this is the first season Motta get to play under Conte reign. Well if the coach have some faith in him...
we should wait and see.

I will still prefer Sorensen over motta if the kid still with us...but conte will definitely will choose italian.

the same with me

remember when Sorenson literally own'd Samuel Eto'o during the encounter in turin which Juve won 1-0 biggrin.gif

A true juventino will never forget him...if he and chiello in the same era i will pick over chiello..
*
if chiello & montero playing on the same team and guarding the backline..opposing attacker would have
one or two thoughts b4 trying to get past em

or we could've been the team with the most red card in a season laugh.gif
