Eh just realised this threat,

We bought 4 units in Sandakan, two shops , a factory and a hotel, under the Equity Leader, In Sandakan we flip the shop gain about Rm 200k ++, and the factory we bought at RM 500k now worth about RM 1million, renting to the goverment at Rm 5,000 per month.

And yeah i think Slappy is talking about the hotel in Block F, which we bought a unit there too. , and we bought in year 2009 , and we sign the spa which have 24 mths period for the consutruction, but there is a delay abouth 6 months, and the developer send us the letter certified by the engineeer ,
something "force majeur" act of natural , but my unit is already getting the rental guarantee , they bank in unctually

Slappy you should call the developer if your are not getting yours.

And how you can claim the interest during construction ?? , when i bought mind , i remembered that there is not Developer Interest bearing Scheme, so how can you claim ?? you got the DIBS when you bought it ??

As we have make profit, and getting good rental from the factory and shop , so we continue buying the shops and the hotel in their current Project Business Center Melaka

i bought the shops last year was at rm 600k, heard almost Rm 800k,

and for the business suite, which the developer use the same Hotel Operator best Western International, during the signing of SPA, the developer give us the supplementary letter of undertaking which stated the Developer Interest bearing Scheme,
the rental agreement, free maintenance and free nights.

So far my experience buying in Sandakan is very good under Equity Leader, we make money flipping the shops smile.gif, good rental from factory bought it previously at RM 500k, now worth Rm 1 million, if i can predict the future i will buy 5 unit at 1 row tongue.gif now collecting rental at RM 5,000, paying the banks at Rm 2,800 getting +ve cash flow . The goverment Mara wanted to buy the building , haha unless they offer me good price will willing to consider.

So their rental for the Hotel in Block F, also has started they pay promptly, so Slappy, my experience when i bought that unit there is NO DIBS, and how u can claim with them if there is no dibs ?? and do check if you have gotten your rental,

and for Melaka project, i am seriously positive as jsut went back from the site last week, they already progress at 6 floor , and the location is damn good there is a hospital beside it,

i bet this time will make more money than Sandakan , already lock few unti shops and the hotel.
