sunway is another "leaking developer"...

perpetually leakage problems..patch here there everywhere and only after numerous complaints and
letters to their lawyers..
their customer service is a joke..zzzzzzzzzzzzz.......
building standard so so only - not befitting of a developer who claimed to be one of the top in the market
and moreover, sunway is known to charge future prices

had to really kick butt to get it finally done meaning tearing up the entire floor to redo water proofing..

so after more than one year after VP , still there are  defects outstanding..

sounds good yeah..sunway...but belum kena belum tahu!
