Probably a dumb question from a guy who's spent too much time with computers (and is interested in knives)
How do you guys get it past customs? Don't they block this stuff?

QUOTE(tnehsc @ Jun 19 2010, 12:50 AM) the potential problem with the malaysian custom is the only thing stopping me from buying this..... Nice knife there...http://www.knifecenter.com/kc_new/store_detail.html?s=GB0183 i've been trying to find out whether there's risk of it getting seized...and i stumbled upon this forum. Anyone knows a thing or two? I think single-edged should be okay, but double-edged daggers like the Fairbairne-Sykes type are illegal. |

Quick question for the more experienced bros here.
What is the official classification for Kershaw's SpeedSafe (assisted-opening) knives in Malaysia? Normal folder? Or auto/switchblade? I read the Kershaw company's FAQ and they said it's not, but it operates kind of like a switchblade to me....So is it legal? This post has been edited by nitevision92: Nov 1 2011, 01:44 AM |
