Hi all, i have deposited for this project and heard that my loan is also approved recently. Now i'm waiting to sign the LO together with the S&P.
How about you guys?? Anything to share here??

I booked block H and just the most smallest size. U have a unit there as well? Niceeeee... I have not hearing from any of my banks (Am, HL, UoB...)

Developer sends monthly project progress, very professional  And from the report, everything looks good. Need to find a day and go there visit again. BTW, I have not received my S&P. Any idea why??

I see.. I have contacted the lawyer and she said already passed to office and they will personally call me, but till no still not receive call. Maybe tomorrow I can personally go to their office. Thanks bro

Went to the site last week with a friend of mine. Once my car reached and there were few sales person coming out from the sales office wanted to sale us. I'm wondering is this a good sign or a bad sign

Hmm.. If the phase 1 completed, they will ask us to take key while phase 2 not yet ready?? Just curious because by then, we will need to start paying installment already.. Please advise on this @_@
