I have been living here since 2002. My place is just right behind the proposed project site.

I am skeptical about this proposed mixed development 5-level shopping mall.

Check out the crowds at OTK supermarket and the big number of motorcyclists on the road. Most of these people are from the lower income group.

What income group the shopping mall is targeting? It is going to be a big failure if the mall is planning to have tenants composition similar to 1 Utama or Mid-Valley.

Visibility will be another concern as this project site is lying deep inside a housing area and far away from LDP. It will be tough to attract people from outside the surrounding areas.

IMO, we don't need another shopping mall here. We already have Main Place, One City, IOI Mall, Wharf (coming) and M-City (coming) within the 10KM radius and not forgetting the 3 major hypermarkets - Aeon Big, Tesco and Giant.
