Yup, received VP notification on 17 Feb as well. Bank need to pay the balance (final) 20% (which will take about 2 weeks) and owner about RM3.5K as mentioned earlier.

Now need to spend for basic items (estimate) :
Lighting- 5K
Aircond - 5K
Curtain - 5K
Kitchen cabinet - 20K
Water heater - 2K
Front door's grill - 1 or 2K

Other basic (to save cost) could be brought from previous house such as:

Beds
Sofa
Electrical appliances
Cupboards

I had seen the gym last 2 weeks, it looks good with high quality equipment to keep in shape.

Just hope that everybody knows how to use it properly and avoid damaging the equipment, coz once broken, it will takes time to repair. Amongst the basic care:
1. Not slamming the weight on the last repetition (to avoid breaking the weight and avoid noise from the impact)
2. Lift and lower the weight on the cable machine slowly with proper motion (to avoid damaging the cable and get better result)
3. Bring small towel, to cover the bench during exercise and to wipe the sweat at the treadmill (to ensure hygiene at all time).

At least with the 3 rules above would ensure the safety of the gym equipment and hygiene level for all.

I support developer should waive another 1 month of the maintenance fee since no key had been handed over to anybody for various reason.

Also agree to meet up this Saturday thumbup.gif

Had taken my key on 20Mar'15

Beside the issues highlighted earlier, I would like to add another 2 as follows:
1. The bathroom floor drain is not the same type of the show unit. Our type is brass chrome drain whereas the show unit is tile's type.
2. There is NO steel hose (beside WC) install in the 2nd bathroom above and in the maid's bathroom (utility area).

Can we ask for these changes?

With regards to water heating system in the 2nd bathroom above, they said that a cable was installed but was plastered inside the ceiling.

If we want to install the water heater, we can hack the plaster ceiling above the shower, and connect the cable with the heater. Developer will fixed the hacked ceiling once we done it.
