No offence, just my opinion.
Almost 800k, I might as well buy zarra bdr Puteri 2 storey  Nothing special about the club or lake. Developer might as well reduce the size and sell around 600k ++. It sells faster |

Desa impiana duplex is very nice. Been to the clubhouse. Very relax n peaceful.

280 internal landscaping is nice, but the surrounded with
all low cost flats and HTC...if ppl want to rob, 280 would be the best place |

280 is much nearer to the low cost, actually surrounded by it + free daily electricity. I don't think there's any new townhouse that cost 900k there... Undeniably inner surrounding is good, but outer surrounding is really bad
