Good News! We visited the site today, and the salesperson told us that the CF has been obtained. We should be expecting our keys over the next two weeks on a staggered basis.

The sales assistant said that they can only deal with 4-5 people a day because purchasers need to inspect their units as the keys are handed over.

Happy Chinese New Year everyone. Is Mitrajaya closed today for CNY, and does anyone know when they will be reopening after the holidays? Have a good and safe holiday.
