benching 100kg or more in one rep is not really hard..... if can bench at least 3 x100kg or more than is ok already unless u weigh 100kg already..
(btw, one of the WORLD's strongman died because he was benching and the bar slipped and hit his head .... ...

A strongman has died after suffering severe head injuries in a freak weightlifting accident.

Tony Leigh, 47, is thought to have been lifting weights on a bench press when a bar slipped and hit him in the face at a gym in Tilbury, Essex ..>>taken from http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-12...falls-face.html

..no spotter at that time...so guys if u really wanna bench heavy , find a spotter or use a power rack.. )

if want to bench heavy do it at least 3-5 x per rep..if want to tone go for 10-12 , more than that you are wasting enegy and time..

for those with weak left arms or right arms depending on genetics.. better do DB press often to equate your arms' strength..
just for info.. deadlift and squat is better for overall power.. as you are working everybit of your muscles to lift.. try deadlift 500kg if anyone dares.. but pls wear a belt and do it properly..
