Earlier I scan some paperworks, by default it is already set save as JPEG, but when I tried to open the files at home, there is no icon file, meaning when I double clicked it, it will ask, open with a appropriate program, select from the list.

Why is this? I saved it as JPEG, but the filename is 'file'

I should save it as GIF?

Dudes, this is what I did.

I tried opening those files in photoshop, but can't. Really weird, because I scan those paperworks using Photoshop - save as - JPEG, but can't read?

Then I try my luck with Corel Paint Shop Pro, surprisingly it can read those files, and I quickly save as - JPEG, now I can see the icon already.

Ok, thanks dudes . Will do more scanning tomorrow and test.
