put me as reserve player.
Pease do... we're lacking some REAL team players...
Tonight's outing was nothing short of a
disaster... NO ONE was really supporting each other properly: no proper preplanning (especially important to the type of maps that require certain tactical approaches), Squad Leader job-tossing , no definite rendezvous point to fall back to just in case plans are foiled, no decent communication within the group (cause some are audible enough and some can't be heard at all), bad weapon kits composition in the team (cause we seem to have too many similar kits and NONE that is vital when certain situations arise), etc...

all in all just a group of
individual stats-padding lone wolves, and not a cohesive pack.
I always ask about where should the team meet up at the beginning of each round, so that we could start off together towards our objectives, but our Squat Leader at those times
didn't seem to grasp the importance of doing so. Also when I finally get a response, it all comes down to
unproductive camping tactics at places where it'll definitely will get swamped over by enemies, or at least get blasted around by artillery...
In short, based on the outcome of that 'team' outing, no one was able to react accordingly when the opposition swarmed the key control points (and they did on a regular basis). Like one member I know said, "Go here to suicide only". I can't agree enough...
And the most hilarious of all, those non-PGK soldiers who joined up with our squad actually supported the team truthfully, by always sticking close to us and supplying the team with health and ammo and providing fire support with the right weapon kits
when we really needed it...
We need a better Squat Leader on the job,
and better team cohesion, to say the least...
