24 sept Transaction done on Sept 24
26 sept- no news until ask , only reply on 26th. say will ship on tuesday
01 oct - no news until ask, on oct 1 ask only reply will send friday.
Oct 3 - no news until ask, told have send thru pos laju.
Oct 4 - Pm him , the modem is faulty
OCt 7 - ask to resend modem to him
oct 10 - modem arrive to him. he say Received verified is problem.
oct 11 - pm ask, no reply.
oct 12 - Reply say ship replacement on monday
oct 14 - no news, pm then got reply ask to upgrade to MF821
really disapointed at ur service bro. if i know it would be like this,
i would rather buy from someone else. i know u r bz, or something.
but at least update ur customer, any delay or anything,
it just take a PM to update ur customer, doesnt even cost 1cent.
only when ask, u reply. if no ask keep silent. this is not good bro.
did u know how much it cost me to send it to u? its RM 21.40.
so in the end, i bought ur modem and i lost
- my time, waiting and waiting and waiting.
- RM 21.40 for postage cost, for absolutely nothing (in the end no modem get)
just refund me lah bro, very tired of waiting for the modem, and for u to answer
my PM. very bad experience already. let me lost my time for now and Rm 21.40.
than lost more of my time waiting for another replacement.
