I see 2 ways to play this.

One is to do it the aggressive way. Which is to buy now. Early birdie gets the wormie.

The other way is, wait. Previously 2.50 was difficult to break past. For one month, Jul-Aug 2012, MBSB just could not gather enough buying momentum to see it break past 2.50. The wait-er could wait for the buildup in momentum, watching the volume indicator and if MBSB can breaks past 2.50, then only buy.

Got any other way?

I won't be surprised one bit if CPO falls below 2k again.

Despite the recent weakness in CPO prices, most of these plantation stocks prices have not seen any significant correction (except PPB) yet...

The thing is palm oil shares is not cheap and if the weakness in CPO continues, these cheap palm oil shares could turn expensive very fast.

2)  Support/Resistance - Formed Lower low and lower high (Bearish)
3) MACD - Bullish Signal Meeting with the Bearish Signal. If bullish crossover will indicate bullish strength.
4) RSI - Broke above  30% and heading towards 50% (Bullish  )
5) STO - Bullish Crossover and broke above 20%  (Bullish  ) 
6) Ichimoku -  a) Price in the support cloud and rebound after hitting the bottom of the support cloud.. ( Bullish ).
