Stick to this simple rule for one week.
See if your result improve.

You know why one trade a day?

No it doesn't depend on your trading style.
The idea on trading less is asking you to focus only on your own best setup, be it swing, scalp or whatever.
You play only your best game.
Those so-so setups, you don't trade.
No itchy back sides here.
With only one trade, you have to plan and focus extremely carefully.
There has to be no mistakes on your side.

And it shouldn't mean if you make 2k for one day, you rest for 1 week.
That's pure lazy chicken talk.
If you make 2k one day, the next day is one brand new day, where you have only one chance to trade.

I agree and the bids are not too enticing either.

Not conclusive because palm oil stocks had a terrible bad hair day and the index was saved by strength in telco stocks and Tenaga.
The two CW that I thought was interesting was V and W but look at the trades done today. 
I wouldn't even know how to buy in these 2 CWs.
It would be interesting if Tenaga could break it's last year highs.
Lots of legroom after that.
