https://secure.runicgames.com/ Apparently to be able to play multiplayer it needs to be through runicgames as there might be non-steam players as well. But you are able to link your steam account and import your friends list into the runic account. have no problem logging in to both Steam and Runic account...
after playing around wif Outlander for around 20mins+ - i feel good  my first impression as a newcomer to TorchLight2 (only play TL1 for awhile only) - soundtrack reminds me of Diablo2 - lots of improvements in the skill departments... - Outlander got skills like the Witcher/Necromancer - did i mentioned LOTS of skill??? and i find myself spending time thinking what skill to choose and its hard coz it all looks good and since this is point allocation method (not D3 free-skill-selection methods) i really have to consider it thoroughly... - like the additional 'execute' feature... - i wish i can view the overall map like d3 or d2 (semi transparent) style...not just a small circle...and even though i can juggle it around but it kinda visibly-distracting...anyway this is just my first 20mins impression... Overall: p/s: the story kinda intrigues me to complete TL1 to know the whole complete story...of who this 'Alchemist' is.... |

Guys no need to rush creating the runic ID. Obviously runic site got F5'ed to death, so just chill and play solo
unlike some games offline doesn't mean error 3007 You can always play MP when things are stable. You can use your solo char to go MP and vice versa, so no worries. Manage to finish act 1 Completely in 4 hours from 1-5am . Duh . Anyone wants to co-op ? I will post my steam ign here later after off from my work .

Good for kill rush mobs in dungeon.. bad with boss due slow attack.. Need to find decent sword and shield for that. |

I am curious but am i the only one Berserker who mostly plays passives? ._. lv13 and the only active skill i have is the first skill you get w/ Tier 1 bonus only lol.

juz bought this game from runic... via google wallet. now downloading the game, its freaking slow... 140KB per sec(4mb line). I think the responds are overwhelming, runic is having issues which they cant offer more bandwidths for us to download.

wahh alot of bug experienced by me and my friend lol

guys..i read in runic forum they have been using Tunggle to connect and play via LAN. Something like hamachi, but somehow hamachi also having problem to connect.

Was playing last nite with several player last nite using out ladder, end up killing spider and the general without knowing wat is going on... I guess Co op is progressing too fast for me... End up creating an engineer for single player and am loving it... Blast monster all the way using cannon....

I went into a secret room and was killing monsters and sudden;y i realize i WAS INSIDE THE TERRAIN!!!! I couldn't move out and tried to log out and log back in and i realize i was on the hill of it with no way going back down Luckily i had a waypoint scroll otherwise i would been gg |

my build for outlander,
4 str/4dex/2 focus every 2 level skills depends on how u play, i go poison burst hp management armor > stats eq due to low hp weapon choice weapon with a + range, example my gun got +another 5m. so i can whack from really far + slow skill |
