im a newbie here setting up a marine fish tank as partition , i got a quotation from one place there.See if its ok?
Can u guys suggest which is need,which doesn't need?

first of all, are you maintaining it yourself? from the quotation, it seems like it is the company that do all the set up for you, is that what you want?
SETUP WILL BE DONE BY THE SHOP/COMPANY BUT AFTER THAT I HAVE TO MAINTAIN,AND THEY PROVIDE ALL THE ADVISE AND NECESSARY INFORMATION'S,AND ALSO IM DOING MY RESEARCH AND LEARNING'S NOW.

just a few questions...

protein skimmer, do you really need a 1k skimmer? imo, a 800 bucks can do the job i think...
MAYBE I SHOULD CHECK OUT WITH THEM IS THERE ANY WITH RM800 OR MAYBE YOU CAN RECOMMEND ANYTHING?

40kg of liverocks... wow, thats really quite a bit, but your tank is really huge... so i guess you might need those, never knew they are this expensive, i thought they should be around 10 bucks, especially when you get so much of those.

OK THIS PART,THE ADVISER TOLD ME,ITS UP TO U,FOR THE BEGINNER YOU DON'T REALLY NEED IT,BUT WHN UR PRO A BIT IT MIGHT NEED OR ITS TOTALLY UP TO U,AS HE SAID IT WILL HELP.SO IM STILL THINKING ON THAT.

for the accessories, i would get it outside myself for a much cheaper price, i won't get the magnetic cleaner and auto feeder (but that's just me)

installation and setup fee 500 bucks? i think that's a bit too much imo....
HE TOLD ME HOW MANY TIMES HE WILL COME DOWN AND DO THE SETUP,SO THAT PART MAYBE I CAN NEGO WITH HIM,INCLUDE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM AND PIPING SYSTEM SINCE I GOT MY CONTRACTOR

if can save the from the above, maybe you can save easily 1-2k.... just my opinion. you still haven't include conditioner and fish/coral food yet though...
