Me as a first timer tablet user, are you guys recommend N7 ?

The main reason i am searching for a tablet is for study. (Browsing internet for articles, open my email, reading ebooks, open PDF files, open Words or PowerPoint documents and store educational documents)

So, is it worth it for me to buy N7 ?
