QUOTE(fishon @ Oct 13 2012, 04:02 PM) Zero...0....nothing lol After u guys left, someone managed to hooked up a tarpon using cricket as bait. It eyes are humongous. At least Viox caught a Tarpon. Conditions was not ideal and overall EAK was pretty quiet today. Before I left Nik said he was going to chum the water with crickets. Kumanosuke stayed on. Hope it improved and he got on to something. Saw the Flutterstick that Viox talks about. Man looks decent. Think it'll be fun at Uncle Benny's place with that... Unfortunately, Pacu don't give a damn of my Berkley Grub. Not a bad outing lah, at least we got to chase Toman Fries . The boat we used today can be fitted with an electric propeller, maybe nxt time we fit it in and use it to chase fries when is Benny's trip ? i m anxious ady |

QUOTE(katsumoto2011 @ Oct 13 2012, 07:45 PM) o shit so the info is real deal ahh......... Something like thistomorrow might be a good day for fishing the berkley grub you mention is which type ? http://www.berkley-fishing.com/products/so.../grub-powerbait EAK boss claimed the black version of it works very well on Pacu but today I got zero hit from Pacu. On the other hand, I hooked up a few Toman fries from using it. This post has been edited by kumanosuke: Oct 13 2012, 08:21 PM |

QUOTE(katsumoto2011 @ Oct 14 2012, 02:04 AM) your using the grup as bottom fishing or casting ???? cast then let it sink till bottomi just brought a pack today white color , haven use softbait before dont have any idea how to use it .... the grub is attached to a jighead. EAK boss told us to let it sink till bottom and slowly reel in in constant speed. Try cricket, seems effective. good luck tomorrow |

Added on October 16, 2012, 10:59 pm Sorry bad english meant to say he's been releasing new fish. Most prob from that last round in july Tow Foo did released some Patin few months back but the bite rate was still below par, whole night only landed 2 Pacus and 2 Patin. I spent most of my time in Sydney sight seeing and only managed to do a bit of fishing in a park while in Melb.
I saw a duck/goose caught a rainbow trout using its beak while I went home empty handed. |
