I think this is the Toman and haruan pond my colleague told me of in Putra Perdana.
Will go check it out next weekend.
Again,.. can anyone in living in that area confirm this??
No path to the lake, and the jungle terrain looks wild, time to sharpen your parangs and bring some food & drinks to explore.

Dunno can get in or not,.. now a days all housing area seal themselves up with gated community.
If not Prima area where Lake view town Villa side plenty fishes.

Yeah that small island there is up north side of the lake near the longkang besar part. Heard there a lot of fishes but wont bite.
OK cun la,.. now got 2 lakes to go explore heheeh putra perdana and the one you pointed.

If you zoom in and enlarge your pic, you can see one small longkang leading to the lake.
But from the looks of the pic, those green grassy area may be wet lands and soft soil. Careful when you explore, may be sinking soil.

Quite sure the puchong forest reserve got some nice lubuk in there.
Theres a waterfall in that forest and nice hiking trail.

Sorry guys,.. wanted to take pic but my phone ended up wet.
Every one was busy fishing and sleeping. It rained for an hour or so, storm hit us out in the sea.
All in all it was a good fun adventure for me, though there wasnt any breams or snappers or mackerel.
I was just happy with apollo fishing, tonight get to eat some sambal stuffed cencaru!! woot.

will definitely go again, perhaps ask the boat man to suggest another location with more fishes.

Apollo was really fun for first time like me, but after a while i got lazy and tired of unhooking unwanted small fishes.
Good to know we had more than enough food and drinks. roughly know how to gauge the amount for the next trip.

no cooking la,.. plenty or bread and buns left.
Biscuits and one whole unopened box of mineral water.
I made cheese sandwiches too, next trip,.. will bring my camp bed for sure! or a chair.

Errmm,.... i dont cook with recipe. I dont measure ingredients, all using feeling and agak agak measurements. Hahaha

1kg Potatoes - Local better, cubed
Local fresh parsley finely chopped
1 whole Sweet white or yellow onion
1-2 cloves Garlic (pounded or chopped finely)
Mayonnaise - 2-3 spoons full
Salt and pepper to taste
A splash of Malt or Sherry Vinegar (local cheap brands taste very chemically or artificial)

boil or steam those potatoes in cubes.
Observe the cooking time of your potato cubes, over cook it and it will become mash.
depending on the volume of water when boiling (add salt into the water) may take up to 15-20 mins or so.

Chop all other stuffs (onion and parsley and garlic)
mix it all and serve.

Goes very well if you mix in some roasted unsalted walnuts may it be chopped or crushed.
Smoked chicken sausages also goes well , just chop some and add in with the mix.

another recipe you wanna try would be buttered potato wedges with parsley and dill (like kenny rogers)

They ran out of stock, someone gasak every piece when i was there last week.

Other tackle shops going for 10-11 bucks each. So i think the cost may be like RM6-8.

Yeah they are my company's vendor for our Avaya telephony system.
My previous company also used to deal with them with the Avaya active equipments.
My ex boss used to buy leica stuffs from them last time.
