1100 x 0.9 = 990 psf

990 psf x 624 = 617k

617k less fully furnished 50k = 567k

567k meaning 900psf just like other sunway or tropicana metro park pricing ( without lrt)

Expensive or not. This tod should be compare with other lrt project pricing right?
