SJCC developed on a strategic location with very good connectivity, in all probability, will materialize. Only a matter of time. My 2 sen.

Many waiting. Hope will launch soon. I call it "the 10 minute apt/condo". A wide range of amenities and services available at doorstep. Just 10 min. walk from apt. Don't have to go far and be caught in traffic jams.

The other side is quite near to the flyover ramp leading to Subang Airport road and the Fed.H'way.’

e-Tiara VPed 2006/2007 followed by Casa Tiara and later by Subang Avenue.
The 3 are well located in terms of fast and convenient accessibility, proximity to a wide range of financial, commercial and social facilities / amenities.
Of the 3, e-Tiara is the smallest and for that matter, a bit quieter and cozy and one can get to know who comes and goes.
Casa Tiara and Subang Avenue are big apartment blocks having more commercial units occupied by F & B outlets which make the area more vibrant at sundown.
Today the area encompassing eT, CT and SA has more or less evolved into a colony for college students and retirees.
Living within a highrise community has its pros and cons. My take is that as long as the pros outweigh the cons according to one's perspective -go for it, be it eT, CA or SA

So it will be a big project to be developed soon on the remaining empty tract of land on SS16/1 in Subang Jaya by Sime Darby
