Nice if this really happens, since I have a unit at Casa Tiara which is right next to Mesiniaga. But this is Msia...if projected completion is 2015...+ 5 years...2020 I can sell my unit. tongue.gif

Apartments like E Tiara and Casa Tiara (medium cost condos on SS16) considered to be around 650psf now, if this SJCC becomes a reality, could the prices hit 850-900psf in 5 years time? What do you guys think.

I suspect a lot of the future value is already priced into the current market price....however, there will likely be a jump up (don't know how much) only when the projects are at least halfway through completion which will be, I have no idea when since TIM (This is Malaysia).
