Sort of yes...SJCC is.the land from saujana residencrs all the way to mesin-niaga.

This particular launch is just next to mesin niaga....sandwichwd btw mesin niaga and a condo.....i think its called subang tiara or avenue or something.

Maybe they are responsible developer...takes into acc of traffic jam?

Dunno if they have change the name suava...but its earmarked as lot 15....just next to masin niaga (not behind mesij niaga).

Keep the so called prime sites for later launch...

Launch those unwanted sites first w pigeon hole sizes and lower entry price first.

Good thing abt tis stretch of subang is that its all matured....so owners dun need to wait long long for commercial to take off...and good for those need medical attention....can even reach hospital w wheel chairs.

We are talking abt price psf....not cash flow.

You also need to look at density location accesses walkinh distance to amenities and etc....
