 Do i need mass gainer or whey protein?

i already do workout about 1 month + consume mass gainer which have 875 cal and 38g protein.i see my biceps and muscle around body also grow.but i need more.do i just need mass gainer or whey protein?below is my body info

my bmi : 23.1 kg/m
percent body fat : 16.5%
my weight : 76kg
height : 180 cm

haha if u want to gain more and more muscle maybe you should take mass gainer... u need more calories to fuel up ur muscle.... hahaha thumbup.gif

If you're already taking mass gainers and you're STILL not seeing results, that's probably because you got the following:

A. Bad diet
B. Bad routine
C. All the above.

Try posting your workout routines and daily food intake first.

i dont know i should increase more weight or not.because my bmi already balanced bro.or should i still need to increase my weight by consuming mass gainers? i see results at my body just my weight still same.it not lose or increase just still stay at 76kg..my diet is ok,and what do u mean by bad routine?

Bad routine means your workout routine is not good. What's your PURPOSE of working out? Losing weight? Gaining weight? Looking ripped?

dude, forget about BMI. BMI is an just a value of saying that if someone is not obese or underweight. There is nothing more than that. Throw it away as far as you can.

Some people in this thread once said that you don't need to use math for nutrition and it is bullshit (unless you are already pro). Do you know why you aren't growing? Because you didn't 'use math' to figure out how much calorie you should take daily for you to grow. You consumed mass gainers, but if you can't consume 20% more than your calorie maintenance, how can you grow?

Eat more, start to track you micro and calorie intake, forget about those mass gainers and whey.

About your training, unless you post it here, we won't know whether you're training is good or not.

the amount of meal times doesn't have any impact on how much mass can you pack. it only boils down on the amount of calorie you consumed daily. if you need to consumed 3000kcal a day and split it into 3 HUGE meals, the result would be the same as if you split them into 6 meals.

i need almost 88g and 1900 calories per day from the calculation.i figured out how to arrange my food according to this calculation.this calculation is just for daily or just workout day??

how much is your weight? if you got 88g of protein a day from 1g per 1lbs bodyweight, that would mean your weight would be 40kg? shocking.gif
