Long waited BABYAB finally arrived for GaGa BLM test drive. I still couldn't see Mrs.YAB yet, nurse wasn't able to provide me update. Pls continue to pray for us. I will call for a McD TT on full moon. Those who pantang, take it as normal TT, no need to bring angpow or gift & not even tumpang others. Just bring along your GaGa and flood the McD kapak with loads of joy! I'm sure BABYAB appreciate your appearance! My salute and thank for Luke, the person whose kept me company for the past few days. I would hv burst tear if the bugger didn't distract me with technical stuff on GaGa notworthy.gif

To all those bulk organizers, kindly keep track of your orders as I may not be able to update 1st page noticeboard for the time being. Sorry for the inconvenient caused. I appreciate the prayers and support from you all. When my son look for God father(s), I know where to search for. God mom I guess only have 1, Pn Mieza brows.gif

Anyway, please continue to send your prayer for Mrs.YAB. I will try to update us as soon as I can. Thank you very much notworthy.gif

Congratz YAB for your 2nd child.. hope Mrs YAB is OK too..

Btw gogoman.. its the sikagard  6455? I tot its 6450. Coz it got sound dampening properties stated compare to the 6455?
*
6450 and 6455 is the same product. but 6450 came in pail, need to brush on, meanwhile 6455 is aerosol can, just spray and instant use... icon_idea.gif

Added on September 17, 2012, 3:23 pmi was thinking to get myself another additional 3 cans, make it 7 cans...
3 and 1/2 cans for all wheel arch, meanwhile the rest use for underseal, and 4 doors. just spray it on the door plastic frame for 2 layers and it's good enough for sound dampening brows.gif

QUOTE(+Newbie+ @ Sep 17 2012, 06:51 PM)
Is it a good idea to try and use this aerosol spray on the undercarriage, especially near the engine and wheel areas to reduce road and engine noise?

I was thinking of maybe getting an extra can and using it underneath ...

If I do that, I share with you lar so I get 5 cans + your 7 makes 12 cans so 3 sets of 4.
*
bituminous coating used as underseal of our car, to protect the wheel arch and slightly reduce the noise made by stone chipping and rainwater splash by tires icon_idea.gif
added to the list .. icon_rolleyes.gif

QUOTE(mengsuan @ Sep 17 2012, 07:54 PM)
Where are you guys getting the bitumen sprayed?

Will you all dismantle everything before spraying or will let the bitumen contaminate the suspension?
*
i also think as what dares suggested, just wrap it with newspaper should good enough.

yes, you're correct, 60k km.

But, most of the things like brake fluid, coolant, transmission fluid and also engine oil can last a bit more than the stipulated changing interval.

like my brake fluid now is ard 22k km. still ok. But I going to change it in the next service.

was considering going rogue and servis bawah pokok edi.
*
my 50k service just around the corner. i will keep my warranty and continue service at proton until next year then only go for servis bawah pokok... if my car is AT or MT, i already servis bawah pokok long time ago. but since it was CVT (new thing to proton), better preserve that warranty by proton, worry bout the electronic and wiring...

last time went for 5k service forgot to explain about this problem..now it getting worst as i can see my horn vibrate with the road condition..dem..
*
last time it happen to my speedometer cover too. what i did, i dismantled the speedo cover, put in some sponge on the edge where the plastic touching each other, and screw it back. i can said that those rattling noise is gone.
and i also reducing the tires pressure from 34(F)/31® to 31(F)/29®, the ride much comfort than before and rattling noise reduced. blush.gif

i will go for Ati rather than Nvidia... my personal desktop changed the GC more than 8 times...
from built-in > Radeon 9200 > GF 6200 > GF 6500 > GF 6600 > Radeon X800 > Radeon X1650 > GF 8400 > GF 8800GT > HD6570... so far Ati is better in term of gaming.

performance VS quality wise
if you prefer smooth frame rate, go for ATI
meanwhile for better quality, go for NVIDIA

my next target GC, HD7xxx.. brows.gif

i dun think nvidia GC is good... my dad having one... 2GB ones in his laptop... cant even play CS source high performance smooth... my laptop AMD HD6 series 2GB can go full performance fully no lag at all...
*
that why i said if you prefer smooth gameplay, high framerate, go for ATI... Nvidia good in shader and rendering which produce nice graphic but slower framerate compare to ATI.
