The Company had, on 13 August 2019 received the notification from Mr. Lim Eng Chuan, the Principal Officer of the Company that he intends to deal in the securities of MAGNI between 15 August 2019 to 10 September 2019 during MAGNI's closed period. The details of his shareholdings in MAGNI is set out below:-
