I read quite a fair bit these few days on how HSD works and understand that hybrids can run on battery power alone for short distance. However, I still do not understand that why I do not see battery power (green arrow coming out of the battery from energy motor screen) kicks in to assist between 60km/hr-90km/hr even if I drive on flat highway road. Based on my observation, I can only see that when I going uphill and when I drive above 90km/hr. Having said that, sometimes that also powered by the fuel alone (orange arrow coming out from engine from energy motor screen).

Don't be upset over this. The only time when the motor kicks in at high speed is during slight downslope and you tap the accelerator ever so lightly.

If you ever switch to the 5 min consumption, you will understand that our ecvt is giving us very good FC. When cruising on flat at around 90 to 100, we can get around 25km/l to 35km/l, you don't really need any assist with motor when you see that FC. The assist is good when we pick up or crawling during jam which waste most fuel.

Let me know how many interested, i will consolidate and ask for discount, but as item is expensive, might need to collect money first. I go back Melaka once every two week.

Well got it running. Cool gadget...I punch in a few more stuff like Fuel level in %, cabin temperature and other code I haven't try yet. There are command to turn off like seat belt beep 1 or 2 and so on. But I am try to find the auto door lock coding. Coz I contact the guy who sell the auto lock module is connected to the OBD ii port, so it is sending a code to ECU to switch on the auto lock from the module. I need those codes.  cry.gif

Yes it does until you get out and  lock the door. But once the door is lock, it turn off......why your still flashing??
*
Not very sure, last time when turn off engine, after lock door the flash will gone, I thought the flash is to tell u ur key is in the car, but today when got back in another car, saw from the back it's flashing all the while. Read from other forum they say will flash as long as u lock the car, nothing mention in manual book.

Added on December 2, 2012, 6:32 pmBy the way, able to put a golf cart bag, but the driver and woods need to be placed separately due to small boot space, for golfers knowledge.

After 2 days driving pc, now i really wonder how do u guys having 27km/l and above. I drove to penang from kulim today, 84km distance getting only 21km/l. (Heavy traffic jams along jalan masjid negeri, ayer itam, and slow traffic on the bridge driving back home) i put eco mode 70% of the time and ev mode during slow traffic. U guys drive really slow to achieve very good fc?
*
Trick is the faster u drive the better FC u get. Nowadays I'm too lazy to go for best FC, can get 27 very happy liao. Its easy to monitor when u switch to 5 min consumption.

my also blinking woo

It is to act as a theft deterrent, thieves see those blinking lights will go to the next car.

Anyway for those that always use windscreen shade, make sure you placed it firm, else if it moves in the car, the alarm will sound as well.

Bro, you mean more MY Prius and Prius C car seen in Singapore road??
*
Yep, SG no incentives, and we pay same tax as normal cars, only initially rebate which is also rubbish because when we scrape car, we will get back a certain amount and they use that amount to give rebate to you, meaning to say SGrean are slapping themselves on the face for going green. I got mine due to my high mileage travelling.

Any PC owners out there can help me check where I can install electric folding mirror and also the small panel that comes with electric folding and adjustment of the mirror inside the car. Preferably at Malacca area. Singapore PC doesn't comes with the electric folding mirror...
