I read quite a fair bit these few days on how HSD works and understand that hybrids can run on battery power alone for short distance. However, I still do not understand that why I do not see battery power (green arrow coming out of the battery from energy motor screen) kicks in to assist between 60km/hr-90km/hr even if I drive on flat highway road. Based on my observation, I can only see that when I going uphill and when I drive above 90km/hr. Having said that, sometimes that also powered by the fuel alone (orange arrow coming out from engine from energy motor screen).

Damn should had found this sooner.   An OEM Toyota Android DVD player(PIXEN) which can link to OBD ii post. 

Now I had bought the ScanGauge ii, if not should go for this. I had send in my enquiry and waiting for their reply. Their office located at Setapak only.

Well got it running. Cool gadget...I punch in a few more stuff like Fuel level in %, cabin temperature and other code I haven't try yet. There are command to turn off like seat belt beep 1 or 2 and so on. But I am try to find the auto door lock coding. Coz I contact the guy who sell the auto lock module is connected to the OBD ii port, so it is sending a code to ECU to switch on the auto lock from the module. I need those codes.

Yes it does until you get out and  lock the door. But once the door is lock, it turn off......why your still flashing??

As for now..mine is not flashing after lock. I will monitored the next couple of days. How about others guys here, does your flash after lock??

Recheck again just now without the remote key.......immobilizer icon on the dash do flash together with the security LED.

After 2 days driving pc, now i really wonder how do u guys having 27km/l and above. I drove to penang from kulim today, 84km distance getting only 21km/l. (Heavy traffic jams along jalan masjid negeri, ayer itam, and slow traffic on the bridge driving back home) i put eco mode 70% of the time and ev mode during slow traffic. U guys drive really slow to achieve very good fc?

Hi Guys,

Would like to check with you all that any one here experiencing this when accelerating or braking, you will hear a very subtle, yet definite soft clicking noise. Not always but occasionally now and then....when driving and stopping.

Any one here experiencing this??
