What I think the local telco will do is launch it with LTE plan but charges LTE later when it is available

please check all this thoroughly when purchasing your Iphone5 at the store....  cos a we all buying a premium product.  Just like a new car... I wouldn't want it comes with scratches and dents right out of the distribution center  shakehead.gif
