i usually do this.. max out my frenzy, Rend and start Hota.. will switch back to frenzy to maintain 5 stack of my frenzy and wotb, so in order to keep this need to sync left and right click .. repeat step, Frenzy, rend (if rend effect finish) and hota until elite KO.. lol

Yes I'll use Bloodthirst too if I'm playing DW + TWH because only my OH have LS (2-3%) which is not comfortable enough life replenishment IMO to facetank + HOTA elite/mobs while taking heavy elemental damage like how one of our forum member 2890 challenged and suggested some of our barbs to attempt. Furthermore, 2-3% LS vs RD is stressful if you're planning to spam HOTA against em

There's a way to survive with only 2-3% LS of course, which is to reposition and 'kite' often to safer area or using active/passive defensive skill but personally I don't prefer to play that way because effective damage in game reduced to a substantial amount, much more then the profile DPS one lost from not using TWH.

+1 there for Deckard Cain. It's either equipping TWH + Bloodthirst or IK belt + Brawler for me... 5-6% LS definitely the way to go if any of you barb out there wanted to spam HOTA while facetanking RD / multiple elemental Elite. I prefer the latter which is IK + Brawler when I go DW because 30% dmg buff from Brawler is much more beneficial in-game compare to 10-15k dps (varied depending on your gearing) frm using TWH. In addition, IK belt contribute to IK set bonus, additional Fury, specific skill bonus etc.

Still learning here , hence the discussion is much needed. Yes, alternatively use Blood Lust rune on Rend to cover insufficient LS from gear or when you doesn't wanna use Bloodthirst.

Haha I can think of SnB, WT, WW without WOTB etc. but the most important thing for us are not to be a crybaby if WOTB get any kinda nerf so haters won't get what they wished for Instead, we should be excited bout possible new or creative build/itemization which give barb alternative playstyle

SoJ is not expensive if you get non barb ones. I don't use barb ones anyway, just a 6/30 cold SoJ cost about 500k to 1M. Sometimes can get at 200-300k also if you're lucky.

To sacrifice a ring just for this, and giveway to STR/IAS/CC/CD is really painful.
