Actually from penang can take bus also, but quite some distance, depart 8pm reach SG at 6am morning, abit tired but cheap. anyway if you really have the intention to work in sg, you will find alot of method or way to come sg just for interview, success or failure is another thing. Even take unpaid leave to come interview.
