Generally we cant deny the price is high at today standard even everything r ticked. Worth it or not always debatable.

Maxim cheras with mrt in future 1050sf 3bedders 400k up. Ok risk is on developer execution. Like many forummer here...1kpsf...tqvm. Wats the up side n taget exit point? 1.5k psf?????

Ampang more expat market than Kota Damansara le...yes product wise msuites is totally different...achili msuite quite hopeless in term of facade, lobby, etc...no grand feelinf at all. But i still doubt tropicana garden can rent out near to 3k for 600sf unit...as KD rental mkt still dominated by local..ok some expat here but not for studio lo.

Yup..Family living...Grande's side better(only if u can afford ha)! Old folks like me....dont want to see so many crowds in most of my private time..somemore in front MRT..aiyo. For DINKS...mall lo.

Some ppls they may want downgrade with reasonable size and convenient and security. When u are old n dont want to depend too much from other. This is the way to go. Get good grade apartment with right neighbors and conveniece with mall n nearby amrnities. Not ah pig ah dog can afford >1kpsf with high rental....so profile wise will be better. Property occupation have many reasons...cannot generalise all...u see palm spring..casa etc..cheap mah..then profile also lower le.

The facade is quite disappointed. So far cannot see its premium yet. It looks very ordinary only but at extraordinary price.

...last time we have no chance to choose. If I were given MRT I may still to get the car but ll pay as little as possible as it becomes my weekend car. Just like many of Singaporean.

This part of town...too many malls...n ppls ll only go to the main one. The rest ll be very difficult to survive. Local authority should not approve it anymore.
