agree....in my place. Puan Sri n those educated lawyers are hard to please. once have experience in jmb as committee, then u ll know. btw, all jmb are not paid...no sure it is legal to pay committee members.

Big statement. Bkt Jalil...proven for mass market but yet to be proven in higher end game..i mean condo/service apartment. LRT is the past...in future MRT related ll be more demand for sure..we can revisit it when we observe it for next few years. this is solely my observation on other countries when they have two different mode of train like us..eg prop near to london underground tube vs DRL there....u will see the difference here too mrt vs lrt. City centre maybe less impact, those outer part..it ll be obvious.

Giza is definitely no dead during weekend or night time. If one use day time as the gauge of patron then all malls also almost dead la haha

TG is good for ownstay with many amenities nearby...jus need to get over the 1kpsf level..else everything is good. Facilities are pretty good.

The price will only adjust to next level after the mall is successfully up n run. Have to say that it is one of the best in PJ with location n MRT in mind.
