Just wait and see....if Tropicana scrap the mall, I think this will give more pressure on rental and subsale price....

Not surprisingly, there are already 3 retail space / mall already built + upcoming Gardens !

1) Sunway Giza (most packed & matured)
2) Sunway Nexis (some vacant units)
3) Encorp Strand (deeper in after KD, lots of empty retail space yet available)
4) Tropicana Gardens

like we know...all the projects link with MRT and malls are overpriced ....

i got properties range from 100k to 1.5mil... to me all tenants are same... you treat them good...they will treat you good as well... no need differentiate high class or not high class... you thought all high class people are good?

i guess Tropicana now looking for potential buyers for this mall....

they wont operate the mall...based on their past records.....1. Sold TCM to Capital Mall 2. Sold plots of land to MCT at TMP.

Shopping mall =20 to 50%
Freehold = 5 to 10%
Location = 20 to 50 %
Concept & design = 5 to 10%

instead of this.... i choose other project which have similarities....

my current project now become landmark at those area.... and future prospects look better than TG... (Pls guess the project.. tongue.gif )

important is... im not confident with Tropicana when they claimed that they will become sore operator of the mall ... but their track records are not promising.... since the price of TG already factored in the mall... their plan keep changing since my previous booking few years back... you can check in google.
