The office/boutique hotel block (previous renders during Arnica/Bayberry is a midrise) is being converted into a 25-30-storey tower. The tower will host office space and a hotel at the top. Anchor for the Office is Tropicana Group. Hotelier not finalised yet but I hope they get something like Courtyard by Marriott, ibis Hotel, etc.
This whole tower component is pending planning approval etc.
As for the mall, it will have space for a cineplex, gourmet supermarket, kid's adventure zone, a medium-sized exhibition centre or events centre (like SonyMusic Hall), an international foodcourt, a fitness centre, etc.
I have to say it is a challenge for any mall today including EC, Starling, etc to get tenants but slowly it can be done.
