47 properties all paid up? Like that taxation on the rental income ma a lot? Guess when u reach that level, taxation is unavoidable cos how to have so much loan interest to offset rental income right?

Well, for buyers at 1,100psf, they already bought 40% more expensive than those at 750psf and we dun have to wait for more time to tell us that.

Based on what they said 90% damaged? 90% of what? Could be clothing or beddings? Those smoke made it look more serious than it really is, I think. I am not cyber engineer. Lol.

Freehold premium 20%. Shopping mall premium 10% to 20% provided it is not a dead mall. Dead mall like the Strand I think will discount the value. Concept and design up to 20%. Location up to 100%.
